Plus you don't always need to be spamming it, its more of a cleaning up skill than a power heal

In case I didn't make it clear enough, you could run one of those skills at low or mid spec as Mo/X.

For that matter, I'd much rather put an efficient party heal on a character that can utilize it properly (such a Blood Bond on a necro) and save the slot on the monk for a skill that doesn't suck.
